My rear indicator suddenly stopped working. I popped in to Supercheap Narre Warren. Not only did they have the right part but they offered to install it as well. Daniel efficiency installed a new globe for only an extra $12 (club member price).

I went and got the battery for my car today, they asked for the rego and supplied the battery. When i got home the battery was wrong size, so i went back and they told me that the system says that thats the one even that it clearly didnt fit. They said they will do me a favour and replace it for the “right” battery but wouldnt admit that the first one wasnt for my car 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
This took 20 min back and forward to get the to swap the batteries and give me the tools to remove and fit new one.
How dumb does one have to be to argue that that battery was for that car is beyond me.
These guys are extremely scammy. I ordered 3 items for 1 hour click and collect and this was like 3 months ago. I got my first two items after like 3 weeks unbelievably after I went in and asked them and they never contacted me to get them. And they said the 3rd item should be here next week and this was maybe 2 months ago and now word. This is criminal.
I’d be safer just jumping on google and taking its advice then the staff here. Constantly selling me the wrong product, weather that be wrong size, brand, or just something my car doesn’t actually need. The male staff are incredible bland and contradictive and I’ve been told multiple times that they are busy and to come back later.
Happened again today. Will be going across the road to repco from now on.
I always go here for all of my car ans motorbike needs. They have great tools and are generally cheaper than their competitors. I love their membership system too. If an item goes on sale after you buy it they credit the money back.
